FAKS Dance

We are pleased to invite you in Croatia and be part of the FAKS Dance - International Folklore and Traditional Dances Festival from 28.09.-01.10.2023. 28.09.-01.10.2023.

The festival will take place in the beautiful Istrian town of Rovinj and you’ll visit also central Istria where you will taste our Istrian traditional food with drinks. All participants will be staying together in Rovinj in the tourist resort near the sea.

The participating groups will have several workshops, two concerts and one presentation for the Opening Ceremony.

FAKS festival is not festival with competition spirit, just oppositely, we have gone step above and have made them festival of art and culture lovers, festival of friendship, connections between local and international performers, connections with local and international audience, festival of inspiration, innovation, new modern creation, festival of celebration of art work of amateurs and culture itself. Festival have unique concept where amateur choir singers have an opportunity to learn, to experience beautiful region of Istria and sing on a different breathtaking location and that's what’s most important for them.
